The Columbus (GA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. conducted a toy giveaway initiative benefiting children and families at Bill & Olivia Amos Childrenâs Hospital and the residents of Damascus Way Womenâs & Childrenâs Shelter.
Through this outreach, the Chapter delivered toys and gifts to bring encouragement, comfort, and joy to children receiving medical care and to mothers and children seeking safety and stability. This initiative reflects the Chapterâs ongoing commitment to service, compassion, and meaningful community impactâespecially during the holiday season.
âOur responsibility as Kappa men is not limited to words or symbols, but demostrated through action,â said Jason Reese, Polemarch of the Columbus (GA) Alumni Chapter. âBy serving children and families in moments when encouragement matters most, we reaffirm our commitment to uplift the communities we serve.â
The Chapter extends sincere appreciation to the staff at Bill & Olivia Amos Childrenâs Hospital and Damascus Way Womenâs & Childrenâs Shelter for allowing the opportunity to serve, as well as to the Brothers whose generosity made this outreach possible.
