This year’s Founders’ Day Banquet was nothing short of a success. We welcomed brothers, both near and far, to celebrate 109 years of Kappa. It was great seeing the smiling faces of men tied together in a bond of fraternity that lasts a lifetime.
Here are a few highlights of the evening:
- Bro. James Carter (Beta Zeta ’90) blessed us as our guest speaker for the evening.
- Bro. James Tanksley was overwhelmingly dubbed Kappa Man of the Year for 2020.
- Bro. Norquezdan Florence (Eta Theta ’18) and Bro. Jamal McKee (Eta Theta ’18) were both awarded certificates of achievement.
We want to give a very special thanks to Bro. Jason Patterson for overseeing the planning and organization of this special event. We look forward to many more years celebrating the life and achievement of the Ten Illustrious Founders of the world’s greatest fraternity.
